The project aims at creation of a cross border cooperation environment throuhg joint solid activities and projects and at mutual exchange of know-how, and knowledge and experience sharing through bilateral visits and organisations, such as works groups and workshops, among craftsmen and artesians in Babaeski and Yambol.

Project aims to increase efficiency, improve the financial performances of SMEs with 10-50 employees and hence to contribute to the economic development of the region  through provision of educational and consultancy services to owners and managers of these SMEs.

To increase number of tourists visiting the region, to increase tourism revenues, to increase tourism investments, to increase employment opportunities in tourism sector, to increase social and economic development in the region via training tourism personnel of 54 newly established small tourism enterprises in Kırklareli and Burgas.

Increasing commercial activities in the region with e-commerce portal, economic development through expanded cross-border business transactions and better integration of local business market with the EU and the outside world by provision of information about the business in the region via establishment of an e-commerce internet portal, with details of all businesses active in the border region, promoted as main e-commerce tool for the business in the region.

The tender dossier for construction works through preparation of engineering projects in the context of the contract signed between the Beneficiary and Administration, in the framework of European Union’s IPA Regional Competitiveness Operational Programme – RCOP (2007 – 2009).
