Ensuring continuation of education and raising children rights awareness of families of disadvantaged children, living in urban slums in centre of Kars via opening Pre-school Education Centre (PEC) in Kars, for pre-school education, and provision of pre-school education for 60 children, sensitation of their mothers about the importance of education, ensuring success form in. of 50 children in their education, who are living in urban slums of the centre.

Internet applications education and consultancy services and provision of employment, through direction to e-coomerce at home for orthopaedic handicaps living in Giresun via provision of 1000 hours long internet applications education, in total for 40 orthopaedic handicaps, establishment of an internet portal for e-commerce and direction of min. of 20 disabled to e-commerce over this portal.

Ensuring unemployed and unqualified handicaps in Eceabat with hearing and orthopedic disabilities to start their own ventures and become part of labour market via 60 hours long fish net sewing training, allocation of building and equipment for production purposes and marketing support towards 50 unemployed and unqualified handicaps with hearing and orthopedic disabilities.

Increasing schooling ratio among Romani children in Saray district of Tekirdağ by 60% byond secondary school via establishment of SAGEM in Saray district of Tekirdağ where individual and group etudes towards 50 Romani children will be conducted; educational activities towards mothers of these 50 children will be organised; educational activities towards 50 voluntary psychology and PDR students will be carried out; and 50 additional Romani children besides 50 core children group will be allowed to join social activities, so that among Romani children, school success ratio in primary and secondary schools will be increased by 40%, school attendance ratio will be increased by 70%.

Increasing schooling ratio among Romani children in Selami Ali quarter of Üsküdar by 60% byond secondary school through social, legal and psychological counseling and rehabilitation services via development of technical and physical infrastructure of already operational SAGEM in Selami Ali quarter of Üsküdar where social, cultural and sport activities, counseling in the area of health, individual and group etudes towards 80 Romani children will take place for supporting their education; legal counseling and consultancy services, educational activities towards mothers of these 80 children will be organised; educational activities towards voluntary psychology and PDR students will be carried out, so that among Romani children, school success ratio in primary and secondary schools will be increased by 40%, school attendance ratio will be increased by 70%.

Ensuring employment of 90 unemployed Roma youth with no social security who are living in Bafra centre in 100 tourism enterprises that are active in Sinop, Samsun, Ordu and Giresun provinces, particularly located on shores of Black Sea, with the help of project associate municipalities within which these enterprises are operating via Increasing employability of 150 unemployed, unqualified and poor Roma youth who are living in Bafra centre, in music and entertainment sector through 640 hours long music, performance and presentation educations, in total; and directing 120 Roma youth who finished education program successfully, to tourism enterprises and various entertainment places (min. 100 enterprises and entertainment place) that are active in Sinop, Samsun, Ordu and Giresun provinces, particularly located on shores of Black Sea, which are operating within project associate municipalities via career and human resources support services
